I don't know how this has happened but when using the flight credits there is an error that says it does not match name on my profile. It wasn't always like this but at some point in time my first and middle name were combined in the first name field on my profile. This results in an error every time I attempt to use them. I've attempted to enter it in both ways to see if it would make a difference and it didn't help. This results in me having to call in to use these credits. I've had more than one CSR tell me this is a fairly common problem but none of them have been able to correct it. It's really aggravating. Anyone ever seen this, and what can be done about it?
