Now the year ends, PQP of 45,359 (only 600 from the United Credit card and 95% United metal), and, looking at this chat and knowing I am a 1 million miler (1.375 mil miles), I FULLY expected to be GS in 2025.. nope. Wrote 2 long letters to United, they acknowledged and yet its been 4 weeks, nothing. As they say at the end of most flights "We know you have choices when you travel.." Well yes we do. I have already switched a Middle Eastern flight to Emirates, and 3 UK flights to BA. I should have an Asian flight and that will be Singapore Air. The BS "fine print" and lack of any response after a customer that for years when out of his way to fly United.. no more. And if they send a form letter saying "GS is an exclusive invite only BS, I will really be pissed" So disgusted with them.
