Cehck your Tesco points balance online at the Tesco.com website ('My account' tab at the top of the page). It should show your 4000 points (per policy). When Tesco next do a mailing, they will send you 'cash' vouchers which you can then exchange for miles. Unlike flights, it is not an automatic miles posting.
