For J distance multiplier is 100% and booking class multiplier is 200%. So that would give distance in miles *(100%+200%)
F would be 400% which would be more than La Premier, which is only 300%. If I needed to requalify with SK I'd definitely give it a test, and complain loudly if they did not deliver.... 
You might be right, but I don't see how it can be misinterpreted and I've yet to see any reports of it being otherwise. And for VS I know of people who've flown the cheaper fares and earned 200% as listed.
I did try to look at GA J fares during my millionaire run, but even with 2-300% earning rates, I didn't find any prices that could compare to e.g. cheap plus fares looking at the level points earned. Although it might indeed have been both faster and more comfortable. And with SAS practice of changing the earning rates with no notice, there is always the risk of getting less points, until the flight has been flown.
