Sorry for the repeat question.... is anybody still getting the pop up windows that confirm you have activated the bonus miles and then once you purchase, that you have earned the benefits...? What about the plug in... Im dont remember every installing it, but I used to get the pop ups and now my last 4-5 transactions have not yielded any popups... so not sure if these are still working or if I need to install the plug in..?

BTW, my latest purchase on best buy didnt record..... this experience of using the AA portal is turning more and more into pulling wisdom teeth. Im at the point of not bothering to go back to claim the best buy (its not a lot), but the Samsung clawback is a very big deal for me so Im afraid I will still have to fight that.....

Any recent experiences with the pop-ups and the plug-in would be appreciated.

Final question, if I do want to try to install the plug-in, where do I do that...? Thanks !!
