Did I pull the trigger too quickly? I saw the initial post in this thread 1/3 and decided to switch to a 1/4 flight to IAD instead of the one I had on 1/5. I did this at 12:36 EST on 1/3. I was charged to make the change. The change I made fit all the requirements but a no charge change wasn't offered to me online.

I thought about waiting for the waiver at the time but there was only one option and one seat that worked for me so I pulled the trigger. Can I ask for a retroactive refund?
