Seats are released midnight GMT so currently midnight UK time. When the clocks go forward at the end of March you then need to phone at 1am.

I have had success calling the US number with a Companion voucher, tend to call 5or 7 min or so before midnight to do the security bit and be prepared to keep them on the line with the odd question till midnight if get through too fast!
