I'm a bit confused by this. As I understand it, a PP member of any non-Chase affiliate, is only entitled to one free entry per year to any Chase Sapphire Lounge. I understand that it is possible that a non-Chase PP member may pay a fee for additional entries.
Re: discrimination, was there signage that only CSR cardholders were being permitted entry due to capacity? I ask because I often see, at other airports, that lounges serving multiple purposes, will have a sign stating that PP is not being accepted temporarily. Sometimes one can get on a waiting list.
