I am TK M&S Elite and have just flown LIS-VCP in Business (I) with Azul and onward GRU-VDC with GOL return. Both airlines let you enter your TK M&S number when checking in for mileage accrual. No flights have credited to my account yet. However the GOL flights credited several thousand miles within days to my partner’s TK M&S account on the same PNR.

1. How long should I leave it before making the claims?

2. How do I claim for the Azul flights because the missing miles function on the app does not let you enter VCP airport and does not let you enter Azul’s PNR ticket reference (the IU only lets you enter a numerical ticket number which Azul does not use).

3. How do I claim for the GOL flights because the missing miles function on the app does not let you enter VDC airport.

I am quite new to TK M&S and cannot see how you can make a claim on the app. Thanks for any advice and help.
