My niece was due to fly on LH2271 NCE-MUC then connect to YUL today. The inbound LH2270 returned to MUC very shortly after takeoff so that's not happening. Relief flight jsut landed in NCE so she'll be getting night out in MUC tonight.

Contrary to her uncle, she will likely ask for EU261 compensation. Does anybody know why they returned to MUC? EF is very vague.
What did the Captain tell your Niece ,there must have been an announcement onboard ?
