Reactions of various natures, presumably. Some might be OK provided you booked a room that accommodates 4, an All Inclusive will probably be very angry and will produce a card reader and an amount that you might not like. Others might have particular legal problems that need sorting.
If widespread I imagine BAH will kebosh it quite quickly by refusing to award points.
