DL did state the vast majority of cardholders have usage patterns within the visitation limits. So between that and them continuing to push the card, I would expect something to give eventually...unless there is indeed a large group of outliers with high usage they expect to run off starting next month.
The math isn't mathing for me on this one. If this is true, then limiting cardholders to 15 Visits isn't going to change anything - and also, the entrance lines aren't being caused by cardholders.
