I'm of the opinion that camp that most interesting places to see come with air-stairs and and airport that is missing a wall or two. Jet-ways and air-conditioned airports are much too mundane for my tastes

As NWIFlyer has indicated, there are a lot of places with some peculiar processes. I see it as a bonus.
