Can anyone tell me why Delta charges $42.66 for Mexican Tourism Tax flying into Cancun when all of the other airlines charge the correct rate of $35.33? Where does the $7.33 go? I know this is not a huge amount but it seems a bit misleading/illegal to overcharge the Tourism Tax.

**I know this to be true as I am a Mexican Resident that does not have to pay this fee and have to request a refund from the airline after booking. Also, Delta makes you wait until you complete your travel to request the refund where all the other airlines will refund this after purchasing the flight.
