I have a flight to MNL from YYT with stopovers in YUL and YVR. Paid Business class P. I have a very long layover in YVR (10hrs). Arriving approximately 1530 and leaving 0155 the next morning.
From what I understand as this is a connecting flight it is not subject to the 3hr lounge stay rule.
So, could I have an extended stay in the signature suite and do the rules allow you to exit and re-enter? It’s definitely not an ideal situation to have such a long layover but as AC is now flying direct from YVR to MNL, this was the best route/fare. Relaxing and enjoying the signature suite would definitely take the sting out of it.
Thanks in advance!
The 3 hour rule does not apply, and yes, you can leave and return as Mlord noted. Given your long journey you may want to visit the Int'l MLL to have a shower to refresh.
Many would also suggest taking the skytrain into the city to pass the time.
