Lounge access, SAS connecting on to DL stateside
SkyTeam/SAS/Delta virgin here, so apologies if it’s a stupid question.

Flying business class revenue booking on a single PNR and single ticket number, same-day connection ARN/JFK/DCA, ARN/JFK on SAS metal/code JFK/DCA on DL metal/code. Can you access the Delta Sky Club at JFK in transit?

Does the answer change if the TATL and domestic sectors are booked as two separate PNR/tickets, assuming still same-day connection?

Assumption: No SkyTeam/Eurobonus status.
