Newb question: I want to book a flight for me + spouse + 1 child.

I have 2 discount codes: 1 Visa Companion Fare Offer, 1 $100 voucher (issued to me)

It looks like you can't stack discounts codes.

I'm thinking I should book myself using the voucher using my Alaska card, and book spouse + child using the Companion Fare Offer using my spouse's authorized card

Thus my spouse and I would get free checked bags.

Will this work?
