I'm thinking it's premature to say the changes are a success or failure based on so few days data.
Thanks for your perspective. Would you, behind the scenes, be considering various contingency plans in case the data do eventually show cause for concern? Would you be making some kind of public statement soon to calm angry customers? Or would you just wait it out?
