Does anyone have any experience doing a SDC at Delhi airport?

I'm currently booked Del yul yyz sea and will want to SDC to del YYZ YVR sea.

Toronto has more upgrade space and I'm on a py flex booking.

It should be possible but something tells me that Air Canada at Delhi airport won't know how to do it properly.
