I know that flying AA partners in OW can earn miles and loyalty points. Example, CX or QR has base miles and then cabin bonuses.

My question is there are also status bonuses that is certain % of base added for status for “eligible partners”.

Are most OW partners considered eligible airlines for status bonus, and can the ticket be marketed by that airline?
