Upgrade Reservation Greyed Out
Booked PDX-LHR-LIS/LHR-PDX on my corporate TA. On the BA website the upgrade option is greyed out even though there are Avios awards on PDX-LHR.

Made a separate reservation directly on BA's website and after it was ticketed the option was still greyed out. The only thing that I see that could be doing this is the fact it's an open-jaw. Can the system really not handle that?
