Sorry to chop your excellent post ….as a former member of the BA engagement centre it’s pertinent to state that the GGL are indeed on a separate number and part of the open office segmented off at MAN as is Gold virtually to some extent however BA have for some time pooled resources so multi skilled agents take the bulk of theses calls and your status merely puts you at the top of the queue. Luck of the draw.
