Maybe if you have a US business? I was thinking more for ExPats who already have the cards or US based travelers to Europe.

At any rate, this shouldn't stop me from travelling thru LHR and using the lounges/First Wing etc. No reason to switch alliances. I'd love to visit the F lounges in FRA or ZRH sometime but I just don't see a feasible path to top status right now for me on *A, and F tix are so far too hard to obtain with miles on the schedule I need.
