Interesting fare with a variety of airlines from Washington DC to Santa Cruz, Bolivia. While we have seen a variation of this date with Copa flights this one is mostly United with add on in Premium Economy for some intra-South American flights on LATAM and Gol.
Google calls it a typical fare (usually on Copa) but the add on of lie flats makes it interesting!
The flights to and from South America they are on lie-flat seats on an older Boeing 757 with 2-2 configuration from Newark to Lima and then a Boeing 767 with a 1-2-1 seating from Sao Paulo to Washington DC. Not sure if EWR-LIM gets Polaris lounge access. 🤔
These are bookable and issued via United so earnings are based upon spend for United flyers but as they look into P clases they would credit at 100% to most other Star Alliance programs for a total of 8867 miles for EWR-LIM/GRU-IAD
US Citizens need a visa for Bolivia which costs $160.
