Had similar experiences recently.... my complaints go like this, either answered and resolved within the week, if not a couple of days or escalating to CEDR. Honestly, it's strange, but of the 7 I've put in, there's no middle ground, BA just do nothing if it's not resolved in the week for me despite me chasing it.
