A few long-standing issues that are still present:

1. When trying to book AS flights using Avios the booking engine won't return any results for anything that isn't a direct flight. So, for example, LAX - ANC works as a search as there are direct flights. However, LAS - ANC generates a "British Airways and its partners do not fly this route. Please consider alternative destinations or contact your executive club service centre" error. As another example, you can search for SEA - ANC and ANC - BRW separately and you'll see results for both flights, but searching SEA - BRW gets the same "British Airways and its partners do not fly this route" nonsense.

2. Choosing a date from the calendar results in the previous day's flights being returned. This only seems to occur if you use the "Edit Search" after flight results have been returned, or if using the "Book a flight with Avios" menu.

3. Trying to use a GUF voucher to upgrade anything other than the simplest of itineraries is impossible.
