Is this a Personal Plat or Biz Plat card? On my personal cards I can see that United is my selected airline for the $200 credit. On all of my Biz cards it just says "airline selected" by the $200 credit but it does show United by the 35% rebate (along with the ability to change right now during the month of January) and being that the airline selection is the same for both that's how you know you have the correct airline selected.
