I did some googling and didn't see an answer - if you're "Plat Pro for a Day," are you then eligible for oneworld partner lounges? I see you're not eligible for the Plat Pro upgrade window, just higher priority on the day of which is annoying - but given my experience with AA upgrades via AS, it's rare they're even clearing early anyways.
