Elliott.org lists executive contacts. However if this was already escalated and denied twice I don't think a third case will help. This is the risk of taking JetBlue -- they are not "every other airline" and thus much less flexible.

I'm happy to report that after reaching out to the contacts on Elliott, I received a response within 10 min saying they would gladly work on it, followed by an updated itinerary with my requested routing about 90 min later. Only downside is that the new flight is old Mint, not new, but I'm still satisfied with the outcome. Much appreciation for directing me to that site, I was unaware of it.
