The storm scenario still isn't entirely clear, and in terms of timing it's not expected to arrive in DC until night, meaning flights are likely to be able to get in/out before the intensity picks up overnight. Based on the forecasts I've been seeing for DC much of this will be overnight, meaning impacts Monday morning.
