I remember my 2 previous SUBs for this card being only 50k but with the AF waived for the first year.
I remember the good times when they waived the first year AF, too. With them no longer doing this, I decided to skip waiting for the FA code, went ahead with my application, and was approved.
A 70,000 bird in the hand is better than a 60,500 bird in the bush!
