I called in, and was told the schedule change must be 3 hours, and they absolutely wouldn't budge, even after 2 escalations. To me, this is absolutely unacceptable and unreasonable. I'd like to switch to LAX-FLL at a flight time that similar to my original flight time, of course redemption rates are 2x. Does anyone have any suggestion on how to get this addressed? Is there an executive customer care desk I can reach out to?
Elliott.org lists executive contacts. However if this was already escalated and denied twice I don't think a third case will help. This is the risk of taking JetBlue -- they are not "every other airline" and thus much less flexible.
