I called GGL on a different matter the other day and they said the same thing to me - To email in and they would forward the comments onto the relevant team. I encourage every GGL to log a complaint via the priority email. For those who are Gold/Silver, etc, please do so via the online BA website.

Ensure your BAEC number is on the email, and perhaps mention that longserving staff may know more about BAEC than some teenage wizzkids.in the World Trade Center.
