Looking for some advice here. B6 recently sent through a 2:40 schedule change to earlier in the day (8am) on a once-a-day transcon market (LAX-PBI) that I have a low milage Mint redemption. For several reasons, this will not work for me, and every other airline would work to accommodate this large of a schedule change with some flexibility. I called in, and was told the schedule change must be 3 hours, and they absolutely wouldn't budge, even after 2 escalations. To me, this is absolutely unacceptable and unreasonable. I'd like to switch to LAX-FLL at a flight time that similar to my original flight time, of course redemption rates are 2x. Does anyone have any suggestion on how to get this addressed? Is there an executive customer care desk I can reach out to?
