The great thing about this board is the wide range of views we share on BAEC and flying matters. And the great thing (for many though possibly not all of us) is that we live in democracies where one can express their views freely.

If people on this board want to complain to BA then as far as I am concerned then they should do so. Whether or not it ultimately has an effect, time will tell.

I do agree with a number of points about BA needing to get feedback. What I do not think is right is for some people to put down other people who wish to do so. Just my two pence on the matter.
