It is a bummer that points booking is not available even 13 months out (12/30/25~1/1/2026). I would not count on using a suite upgrade cert here.

My understanding from the hotel is the average rate of a Standard Room type on 31 December, 2024 is above NTD 20,000 net, higher rates with 101 View and room types...etc. When booking opens in September, you will need to submit your request via email and they will either confirm your booking or add you to their waitlist. They also provided below terms to me.*All view rooms have to be at least 2 nights stay

*Maximum occupancy per room: 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child (Children above 12 years old will be considered as adults).

*All Special Request (Nearby Rooms, Connecting Room, High Floor) will not able to be confirm/guaranteed; Due to the limitation of extra beds, we are not able to confirm/guaranteed the request of extra beds for children under 12 years old. We kindly request that you to verify the status of your request with our front desk staff upon your check-in.
