What did the 2 letters sent on 12/15 say or did you not receive them yet?
Haven't received anything just yet. CS agent and supervisors say they don't have access to the reason. Worst thing is that they're saying that there's no department that I can speak with directly and to call regular CS back once the letters have been received if I have any questions.
Feels like I'm talking to a wall. Stuck with the Boundless card as I can't upgrade or downgrade or any sort of product change at this point... Hoping that this isn't a unique case and there's a workaround
