I’ve only used them in the UK and not trusted to check them in for me so couldn’t comment on that. I typically stay at a LHR hotel the night before and they wouldn’t pick up my luggage and drop it at the hotel but could drop it at the terminal so I used to do that. On the return I’d have them meet me in arrivals and have them deliver it to me at home in due course which was fine.

They’ve cut down their UK offerings so it no longer suits me.
