Hey all, has anyone been able to find discounted promo awards for January 2025 from the U.S./Caribbean to Europe? Checked several routes and had a couple of customer service reps do the same, but nothing for 15k. Just curious if the promo pricing ever launched. Thanks!

Update: reached out to customer service email and got this back: "Since the fares are subject to availability, if you are unable to find a promotional fare online it means that is currently unavailable or that the promotional fares have already been sold. The only option is to search date by date according to your travel dates and destinations."

There's no way all the routes from the U.S. for 15k are sold out mere days into this promo, right?
