Wrote about it yesterday in the 'enormous' thread.
US focused with a bit of India and South Africa (where there is no or little competition). Europe because it has to.
SE Asia, Middle East etc all divested to QR, CX, QF. (as too many much better alternatives) South America to IB. Australia will go by 2027 once QF starts direct non stop to SYD and MEL.
Smaller planes with fewer seats.
F will be A380 only and probably that will be the last F product.
Tickets fully unbundled so lounge access, priority boarding, seats, flexibility will all be add ons and probably a 'premium on board food offering.'
Clearly where they want to go in my view and other OW airlines to various extents are on the same journey (AA, IB, QR).
