They mentioned this at the 'Evening with Anko & Friends' event in Stockholm. Great to see them now commit to a time frame.

IIRC, they made a point of saying that it wouldn't have all of the full lounge services that the existing lounge has. I hope that they have changed that thinking. If it is too stripped down, people won't go.

Fairly certain they also did this as a way to keep LH and *A from having a place to establish a lounge in T5. LH understandably wants to stay in T5 whilst SK wants them out and replaced with AFKLM flights. This new lounge would be another way to strengthen the case to make T5 a de facto Sky Team terminal.
