I would hope that since the complaints are directed to the executive club, they would be in a very different queue compared to all the others related to flights, baggage, etc.
Also, regarding voting with the wallet: in 2025 there will be a good amount of people who need to burn Avios and GUFs, or use the last year of benefit from their current status, so unless one desires to throw them all down the drain as well, bookings with BA will have to be done anyway.
Personally, I'm not going to waste 1 GUF2 and 2 GUF1(and I don't have enough Avios to use them all with redemptions), so my wallet will be closed with BA from late 2025, so I'm going to complain now.
