My current guesstimate for mid-con flights (meal only) would be $15-20 for dinner and $12-$15 for breakfast/lunch. A late night snack would be about $10.

Catering for trans-con F would be in the $25 range. For trans-atlantic F, I would guess about $75 for the 2 meal service. For trans-pacific F, I would estimate about $100 total.
