Untrue - First off if someone was a Globalist on 12/31/23 and is still a Globalist on 3/1/25 they will be able to use the Unlimited Legacy Guest of Honor (the old way) until 2/28/26.
Second - A 60 Night Globalist will earn 3 Guest of Honor certificates per year. A 100 nights Globalist will earn 7 of them.
Third - Lifetime Globalists will receive 5 each year no matter what (per the terms these are credited to them in March), if they stay 60 nights they will earn 3 additional, one at the 40, 50 and 60 night Milestones.
Overall, I think it’s an improvement, especially for Lifetime Globs who get 5 each year doing nothing. On top of that the new added benefits of allowing them on paid bookings and getting an EQN after use are big pluses in my opinion.
This would be great. When would I see the 5 new ones in my account? Because right now, I only see the ones expiring on Feb 28, 2025.

Found the link to the T&C - based on that, it seems like the legacy guest of honor benefit is only available until 02/28/25, not 26?

Benefits. Members with Lifetime Globalist status (each a “
Lifetime Globalist”) will receive all of the benefits of Globalist status, as set forth in the “Globalist Status” section above. In addition, Lifetime Globalists will receive the following awards and benefits described in Appendix B without the need to satisfy a minimum annual Base Point earning or Tier-Qualifying Night threshold:
(i) Four (4) Complimentary Suite Upgrade Awards annually;
(ii) Five (5) Guest of Honor Awards annually;
(iii) One (1) Category 1-7 Free Night Award annually; and
(iii) Access to a dedicated My Hyatt Concierge agent.
A Lifetime Globalist will receive their four (4) Complimentary Suite Upgrade Awards,
five (5) Guest of Honor Awards, and one (1) Category 1-7 Free Night Award
each year on or around March 1st (or whenever Hyatt processes elite membership status renewals and changes for the preceding year). (In the Calendar Year when a Member satisfies the one million Base Point requirement and becomes new Lifetime Globalist, that Member will instead receive their four (4) Complimentary Suite Upgrade Awards, five (5) Guest of Honor Awards, and one (1) Category 1-7 Free Night Award at the time they become Lifetime Globalist. For 2024 only, existing Lifetime Globalists will receive their five (5) Guest of Honor Awards in January.)
PLEASE NOTE: Unlike other Guest of Honor Awards earned through the Milestone Rewards system described above, Guest of Honor Awards provided annually to Lifetime Globalist members are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance, except for those automatically issued in January 2024, which will be valid until February 28, 2025.
If a Lifetime Globalist applies to a reservation or gifts to another Member all Guest of Honor Awards issued to or earned by them prior to February 28, 2025, that Lifetime Globalist may make use of the legacy Globalist Guest of Honor benefit (as described in section V(i) of this Appendix C) until February 28, 2025.
Lifetime Globalists are eligible to earn Milestone Rewards in the Program as with other Members, as described in Appendix B.
