Ran into this issue with trying to upgrade my Boundless ($10k CL) to Ritz Carlton over the past 2+ weeks...
Dec 13 - received my 35k gift cert on my Boundless
Dec 15- Called in to upgrade to RC
- CS agents X2 and supervisor X2 all said that my they are unable to upgrade/downgrade my card
- 2 letters were supposedly sent out to explain my ineligibility for the PC
- Supervisor advised that I wait til AF posts as "it's not 12 months until AF posts" before contacting Chase again
Jan 2- AF posted
- CS agent still unable to upgrade Boundless to RC
- Being told my card is ineligible for upgrade/downgrade at all
- Ineligibility letter sent out again today
Is this one of those keep trying until I stumble across the right agent? Or is there some sort of backend block on my card that others have managed to remedy in the past?
