My most recent data point is from two years ago, but I had to call to get a WoH card approved in December 2022 by moving some credit line from another Chase card. Fortunately, I had previously moved any available credit line to other Chase cards prior to closing a card such that I had credit lines to donate to the new account.

I have long tenures with most of my Chase cards (two cards at > 10 years, one card approaching 20 years, and the at CSR > 8 years). The last Chase card I closed was nearly 11 years ago. I have no business cards. While I optimize my spend, such as putting 5x-eligible spend on the Chase Freedom, I don't do any MS or other erratic spending with the cards.
