Alaska meets all of those requirements. The only hitch is the lounge in your first year. Once you organically make 100k (OWE) you can choose lounge membership as your choice benefit. That gets you into all the Alaska, American, and several other lounges domestically. Overseas OWE access applies. The first year since you would status match you would need to gain access through other means, up to and including paying for membership.
