NRT-DFW in J

Service from the FAs working J was great for the ~11 hour flight. Opted to dine with their scheduled service, however I’m sure it would have been fine to use the dine on demand option. PDBs were the standard offerings off the tray and top-up’s were offered.






Post departure drinks and nuts.


Shrimp and mushroom starter. This was not at all how I pictured it and was fully expecting to pick around mushrooms, but wasn’t bad.


Beef. In the oven a few minutes too long, but would order again.


Sundae. The ice cream was pretty solid as I opted for no sauce.


Pre-arrival meal served about 70 minutes out. Alternative was an omelette for “breakfast”, which my wife ordered and was better than the noddle plate.
