DFW-RDU Preorder dinner on Jan 1 Both Mrs. Alex_I and myself ordered a bow of grain + shitake + greens with cold grilled salmon. My apologies for not recording the correct name and not talking pictures/ The main dish came with some sort of salad and desert (I did not try the latter). The piece of cold salmon was generous and the meal was true to the description. But I agreed with Mrs. Alex_I that it tasted rather bland.
