Seems the majority of Asia/Pacific RCs considered resorts don't have Club Lounges (Maldives, Bali, Samui, Langkawi) but even this is internally inconsistent as The Ritz-Carlton Kyoto (seemingly a city hotel) doesn't have one, but the beachside RC Sanya, Yalong Bay does.
